Not really my mind of tunes - very sing-y and dominated by vocals (most instrumentals augment the vocals)

But once, while I was half asleep on the metro, listening to this felt almost transcendental - will watch if I can replicate the feeling

The whole album has songs which hav just 1 main melody. No buildups, choruses, climaxes or variation. Any variation comes from just his vocals and sonic experimentation on some tracks

i think Praise is a fine tune, sort of Beach Boys meets Bob Marley with dank drums and a lively pulse.

yeahhhh i think this captures it well. it sounds like beach boys (not for me) x reggae

def deserves a revisit in the future
